Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time

After processing, please allow 7-15 business days for delivery within the United States. Shipping times may vary due to factors outside of our control, including but not limited to customs clearance, local courier services, weather, or other unforeseen events.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on your order and destination, and will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. You can use this information to follow your shipment’s progress.

Customs and Import Taxes

For orders shipped internationally, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in shipping costs.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver your orders on time, occasional delays can occur due to events beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this time, we may have begun processing your order and cancellation may not be possible.

Returns and Refunds

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Once we receive your returned item(s), refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
