Return Period

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all the following requirements:

Be unused and in their original condition.
Include the original packaging and all accessories.
Not be damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.

The following items are not eligible for return:

Gift cards.
Clearance or final sale items.
Products that have been used or altered after delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Return shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout for your convenience.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase before it is processed for shipment. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer available.
